Julian's Home Decorating is one of a multitude of small construction companies providing services for communities located around their company’s location. The company is located in Brookfield, IL, a suburb of Chicago, and we try to serve customers throughout the Chicagoland area. Services offered are in interior and exterior finishes, wall covering, remodeling, and a series of activities related or subsequent to these main activities (like power washing, powers ending).

The focus in the development of Julian's Home Decorating is on better services and high productivity meanwhile keeping costs as low as possible. To do this the main 3 ways are: keeping a relatively low number of employees (no more than 8), use up-to-date technology in tools and materials, and using the best experience and skills from each employee starting from the owner’s extensive experience (in engineering and construction witch complement his almost two decades of experience in exterior and interior finishes and remodeling) to workers which each one has one or two additional qualification and skills beside painting (carpenter, electrical work, wallpaper, tile, basic plumbing).

Because of these tree ways of looking at serving customers we can provide a multitude of supplementary services at a very competitive price while doing our main activity of painting, wallpaper and remodeling. Because we do not believe in competition but in the same time we want to stay competitive and better serve our former, present and future customers we do not subcontract to other companies but gladly recommend others companies or tradesmen (from the network we tried to integrate ourselves in two decades of working in the same areas) to our customers for services we might not be able to provide. We benefit from this kind of recommendation from other companies.
